1. Information We Collect

Immigration Toolkit collects your email address when you sign up for our immigration guides. Calculator inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not stored on our servers.

We also collect usage data automatically via PostHog, including pages visited and browser/device type. This data is aggregated and anonymized.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To send the immigration guides you requested (via Resend).
  • To improve our tools and content based on aggregated usage patterns.
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Q&A Data

Questions submitted through our Q&A widget are stored in our database so we can review and improve answers. Questions are reviewed confidentially.

4. Third-Party Services

We use: PostHog (analytics), Supabase (data storage), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Each has their own privacy policies.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. EU and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively.
